Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS TO UNITED STATES Orders are generally shipped by the USPS (United States Postal Service) and PO Boxes are acceptable as long as they are also the billing address for the Paypal used. EXPRESS SHIPPING: Now available in the Continental USA ONLY, minimum rate shows upon checkout. ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS including packing/shipping. For larger, bulky or heavy orders additional shipping may apply for express shipping. In the event additional shipping may apply, we will contact you for approval before shipping. If no one is available to accept delivery or additional charges, it may be delayed beyond our control. In stock orders usually ship (leave, not delivered) in 2-3 business days. A business day is general Monday-Friday, except holiday's. Delivery in the USA is generally in 5 days from the shipping date. From time to time they may take 2 weeks (the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates). By entering an order for the USA you agree to allow 30 days for delivery before we file an insurance claim to reship your order. Shipping outside the USA by the USPS may take 2-8 weeks and delivery dates are not estimated or guaranteed. In the USA, you will get a second email with your tracking information automatically sent to the email address listed on your order. The USPS offers no tracking on international shipping. There are occasional shipping delays of up to 2 weeks if items are due back in stock or to verify shipping information with card issuing institutions. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All international packages are sent via airmail from our U.S.A. distribution facility. Although we aim to ship on the day the order is received, we are currently finding typical shipping times outside of the USA are 2-5 weeks. We understand the long delays are a combination of security concerns and backlogs in customs processing in the recipient's country. If you have not received your package after 4 weeks, we recommend you check with your local postal delivery office, as they often hold the package if customs or duty charges have been levied. Please be aware that as we have no control over the Postal Services overseas, orders are sent entirely at purchaser's risk. In the event that customs duty or VAT is levied by the recipient's country, please be aware that these charges are your responsibility. Regular Airmail from the USA is not a trackable service, so if you have concerns about delivery, we recommend you contact us by email at the time of placing the order, to request a quote to upgrade to Express Mail. This service is significantly faster than regular airmail, and is trackable and insured.
